An eagle eye visitor just informed me that the photo from 'Frame' matches the childhood photo posted above. Screen cap credit to Christine Zimmerman from 'All Things Law And Order'.
I should have explained it better. Leann is not the one who has it up on eBay. She found someone selling it. The pictures were part of a Full Metal Jacket Press Kit. Don't understand how that relates but that's how it was advertised.

I confess, I love to see the child photo but it also feels a bit creepy that someone (not related to Vincent) is selling it.
Yeah, wonder where the heck she got it? But you sure can tell it is him! The other one looks like a jail photo mug shot!LOL

Just compared Childhood pix with the one in Framed episode and the faces look identical.
